When my wife found our condo flooded due to a water heater that let loose, and the water had run for possibly 3 days,[note] this is happening on the Sunday following the forth of July weekend , she was so upset and panicked by the time she had gotten a hold of me I didn't know how I was going to get her grounded and assured that everything was going to be alright SHE just couldn't see it , she just saw all the damage and water and was just so overwhelmed it took me most of that evening and into the next morning to get her calmed down. So when your staff arrived to start the mitigation and recovery of what could be saved they had my wife calmed down and onboard with the whole process ... this was done by the way your staff explained there procedures and then they went to work ..There professionalism while preforming there tasks helped even more calm my wife .You all are awesome !!! Next came the de-construction ,re-construction phase- again your staffs professionalism came through again at 110% customer satisfaction .Every item that was worked was done to the satisfaction of our requirements... Excellent Job!!!
