They were prompt and very thorough - Laura was so helpful during this process, she gave me her personal cell phone number if I had any problems and told me she didn't care what time it was she would be there for me. This is invaluable when you are going through a stressful situation like this. I can't speak highly enough of Don, who was so kind and helpful and his staff.

She cleaned it up like it was her own home paying close attention to detail.
