great Service and Tech's
We had Ashley as our rep. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with a different company and I was really on guard and apprehensive. This young lady was top notch, very professional and really took her time explaining things to me and she listened to my concerns. She set the equipment, and tried to make it so we could live with the equipment in our home by making sure we could access the room and get around it. I would absolutely recommend this company. I felt like they did a great job. This was a good experience working with this company while dealing with our problem from a pipe leak.

The personal attention and helpfulness shown by Ms Ashley Bishop and the speed and efficiency of the crew she supervised were outstanding! Daily reports on progress were reassuring and Ms Bishop took the time to host a Face Time tour so that’s we could see the damage and the progress which was being accomplished as the mitigation team did their work. Overall, the speed and efficiency of the team and the personalization of the process provided by Ms Bishop were outstanding!
I liked how prompt and efficient they were in getting here and working diligently.
What I did not like is someone firing Caleb before he completed the job. It was a Friday and he only had 1 day of work yet to complete the job. The person that fired him was not putting the customer first. He was only looking out for himself.
Service Master was immediate in their response to our needs. Within a couple of hours water mitigation specialists were at our home and working to get rid of standing water, save whatever they could and start the process of getting our home back to normal. Central to this process was Ms. Ashley Bishop who coordinated the efforts on-site and who kept us informed about progress throughout the days while Service Master was accomplishing the many needed tasks associated with the water incident at our home. Her daily reports were most welcome as was the Face Time tour she hosted for us where she took us on a remote tour in order to see for ourselves the damage done and the steps being taken to mitigate that damage. She was always available for our phone calls and was prompt in responding to our text messages. We certainly appreciate the transparent business relations we have had with the company and especially with Ms. Bishop, the outstanding face and voice representing the efforts of the entire company. (Can we rate her service as a "15"?)!

I was very happy with the work ethic of Caleb and extremely disappointed that he was let go within one day of completing my job.
This was not an example of putting the customer first.
Crew showed up when they said they would, even though it was a holiday. Went right to work and had trees removed from roof within a short time. They tarped the roof and made sure it was secure. They cleaned up their work area and were finished. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them.

The supervisor on my home was Antonio, he was respectful, personable, discussed with me all that he was going to do and, when finished, all that he had done. If he did not know something, he would call his boss for answers instead of guessing or making something up, I appreciate his honesty, He always called before coming to give ma an expected time of arrival. He was always positive and upbeat. He Never made me feel like a claim number. Over the many weeks they came out, he brought many different people with him and they were all respectful and kind! This young man is an asset to your business…Train him well and Treat him right…he is a Blessing!!!

I dealt with a gentleman named Antonio who oversaw the remediation process after our home flooded. I would rate Antonio 10 out of 10, as he is a great communicator, he made sure everything was taken care of, and he seemed to genuinely care about our project. He's a great asset to your company.
I was briefly contacted by a woman who I understood worked for the contracting side of Service Master. I would rank her at a very low score as she didn't communicate with me (even when I requested that she do so), and she didn't include me in her estimation process. I was very unhappy with her. I definitely would not trust a company to handle my repairs when the person who is supposed to coordinate the work refuses to communicate with me.
I was very pleased with the professionalism and how thorough they were, and how polite and caring they were as they worked to mitigate the damage. Russel was the manager for our service. He communicated well and answered all our questions.

Staff are great, they communicate arrival times and plans for services well and effectively. They were understanding and empathic to the situation and extra stress a leak can cause. Ashley was amazing, she was willing to answer any questions I had, professional, and polite. Ashely was also great to work with me around my schedule.

The job that Brian, Antonio and Ashley did on doing an emergency on putting in supports on my garage 'that was bordering on collapsing onto two cars' was amazing. They came out as soon as my insurance, and worked until 11:30 PM. The job they did was above and beyond expectations.
