This is the second call for Service Master Restore to come to our home this year for 2 separate water leak events. Joshua Medlin was the lead technician for both events. He is professional, timely, and responsive. We were very pleased with the service the first time and please again during the second event. Thank you

The two young men that came to our home went above and beyond the duty to make sure our home was taken care of. They were wonderful answering our concerns. Justin came in and went right to work and then was joined by was joined by another young man who worked just as hard. I would be very proud to claim either one of these young men as my son. You have a jewel in these two employees.

Your People, from the lady who first called through Justin, who saved a lot of repairs with his engenuity with plastic and duck tape, Danny who helped made our first night shorter and Josh, who stepped in to keep theplan on track when other jobs piled in on the guys. They all worked hard and professional to make our inconvenience as short as possible.

Everyone was very polite, nice, efficient and made the "disaster" easier. Michael, the carrier of the renter's insurance, spent the bulk of the time with the Servicemaster employees. His only input for improvement would be to have English speaking persons there at all times - he said that language was a barrier occasionally when items were being inventoried for salvage, etc.
