I needed a ride back home and they had the car waiting and the driver was so nice - it was an enjoyable ride back! Also I appreciate the text updates and the fact that the tech informs me of what needs to be done and goes over the cost of each repair. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. I always feel comfortable taking my car there for service whether I wait or catch a ride home.
The report on issues seen with car that was text messages for me to review. Pictures and videos were attached to report making it helpful for the client to see what could be going on. Then able to make choices on what you want done through a report as well.
