Very friendly & expert serviceman. No suprise, quick response. Only bad thing was cleanup. They forgot to replace window well cover & screen, which was destroyed by the wind.

Fast,thorough,complete. Because of prompt attention by Lex,we had no mold or mildew problems from a major indoor water leak in our currently unoccupied home. The leak was not discovered for several days. Because of the initial damage abatement by Lex, home is now better than new. Thanks. Allan Becker
