We liked the service
The technician was friendly and helpful. The carpets dried quickly and could be walked on almost immediately (except the one room that received fiber protection because of the heavier traffic in that room). The prices were reasonable. The technician arrived on schedule and was efficient.
The appointment was scheduled for a time period and the technician callled before hand and was right on time. They efficiently completed the work and did a great job at cleaning my tile and carpet.
The receptionist was informative and efficient in making the appointment and explaining the process and the fee. The Man arrived on time, looked things over and explained his process. He went straight to work, and finished in a timely manner. I had one room with a very old carpet which he cleaned and it looked so much better and smelled better. One room had pet stains on a light carpet, which he was able to remove. He then cleaned my ceramic tile floor and it looks great. He cleaned up, and I was charged what the receptionist had quoted. The gentlemen was polite, kind and thorough. Will definitely use Zerorez again. The carpets were completely dry in 5 hours and was able to put my house back together.

Sheldon who came to my home to clean carpets called before he came as I'd requested. When he arrived he was very professional and did not try to sell me on a more expensive package deal. The pretreat solution had a nice lemony smell. I am very pleased with the end result and will use Zero Rez again.
