Your response time was speedy, and upon arrival you quickly went to work on the process of gathering the water from the carpet and drying everything out. They were very quick to check all areas to determine which were affected and went to work with the drying process. Each time they returned for a check on things, they would check each space for the progress, They kept us totally informed on the progress in each step of the process. Once every thing was completely dry, they scheduled an appointment to return and shampoo the carpet. They came back and shampooed, and now I have dry clean carpet in my new house. I like how quickly they came to our rescue! They worked very diligently & into the night to get the water out of our house for that I am very grateful . Fast and courteous
This is now my family's second time in eight years to experience water damage. The first 8 years ago was the entire house....this time confined to only two room. Both times the technichian from Service Master were promt and courteous working with us. They told us what to expect, how long it would take and were prompt with their service calls. They worked well with my insurance. I our life is ever interrupted again by water damage.....hopefully not.....I would call Service Master in Madill again. THANKS!
