It's similar to Knockouts, very affordable, great services, the MVP is great. Decent haircut and great service (massage, shampoo) is what I come for. And of course it helps to have sports on. Only thing I would add is offer your patrons free bottle of water.

95% of the time, I get my hair cut by the same stylist, but if I miss her, I love the fact that how my hair was cut is stored in my file so that anyone of the stylists working can do my hair.

Very friendly. For the most part your hair dressers do a good job. Have had two bad haircuts out of about 20 trips. Like being able to watch the game while I get my haircut. A touch pricy for the MVP. Massage is a waste of time. They never apply enough pressure to do anything. Overall good haircuts which is why I come back.
