The convenience of coming in and getting a free neck trim is outstanding, No other place offers this service that I know of. One thing that would be nice is if on the app it has somewhere to indicate that someone is coming in for a neck trim, maybe that would alleviate some of the long wait times that one experiences on the weekends.

Staff is always courteous and on point, listens to what the customer wants and makes constructive suggestions.
