Havn't tried the products yet but services were excellent. They were friendly and courteous. although I had to wait for a while even when they advertise "no waiting"

My stylist was very skilled, I had the best quality haircut that I've had in years.
The environment was comfortable, the VIP service was nice, and the price was affordable, especially with the introductory coupons.
The only suggestion I would give to keep me back more often is to train staff in the use of straight razors for a hot shave - that would make this the perfect haircut experience.
The service was excellent, the products used were really good and the overall experience was great.
