Appts are on time. Every masseuse has asked thorough questions about my needs at the beginning of the appt. I have pretty severe scoliosis, so I prefer lots of back work and every person is different but equally magical! At the end of the session, warm or cold water is always offered.

My first visit was amazing and def not my last visit. From the time I step into elements katy I felt a lightness about my energy. The place is very clean and well decorated. The ladies at the front desk are kind very knowledgeable and provided great service. My massage therapist was heaven sent she was just what God and the Doctor ordered I needed her in my life and I'm never letting her go ‼️‼️‼️. Awesome Amazing not enough words to describe her I will always make sure I take great care of her because she takes Great care of me ❣️

I love going here, the staff is always professional and attentive. My masseuse always targets my problem areas and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Even with an hour session, it never feels rushed like it would at other establishments. Would definitely recommend going and I would always come back.
