The check-in process manages my expectations as to when I need to be at the shop which is great. When I'm there, everyone is professional, and the cut was really good, including the shampoo and scalp massage. Quick, too!

It was easy to book and I was seen right away. My barber was fast and efficient.

I recently had some very invasive back surgery and I’m really dealing with a lot of mobility issues and a good deal of pain.
I definitely needed to get a haircut and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Melanie who know what I’ve been going through, and she was her same great, friendly and genuine person and was welcoming me with a lot of concern, how are you doing and a genuine care for how I was doing.
My stylist Kris who also knows what I’m going through and she asked a few things about how I was doing and then quickly changed the conversation away from my back issues and onto other things and made me forget about the pain for a half hour and as I was leaving they both wished me all the best and keep us posted on how your doing!
This simple gestures of kindness and support really made me feel a little more upbeat!
Thanks again for the terrific atmosphere and genuine concern and well wishes made my day and it was like visited friends vs just getting a haircut!
You both are so supportive and I appreciate the great service (as always), but your care and concern is something not to many people are able to do especially since they are busy with customers but took extra time to make me smile and feel like they are genuine, caring people!

Zoe was amazing! She has cut my hair and beard 6 or so times now. She’s kind, professional, and skilled.

Tina always does an excellent job on my hair and the staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. I've been going there for years now.

I was able to walk right in. Mari was excellent, and I had a great haircut!

The barber was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent service without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated that she did not try to aggressively upsell products or services, which can sometimes make the experience uncomfortable.

The front staff, however, could have been a little more welcoming, especially since I was a returning customer and had already checked in through the app. Overall, the experience was very good, and I was happy with the service provided by the barber.

No wait all staff were amazing awesome service and amazing haircut

The stylist was very understanding and took her time to make sure she knew exactly what my son wanted. He has been to many, many stylists and has had many terrible experiences. He has huge trust issues and it took a whole lot of convincing and bribery to get him in that chair. We walked out with him happier than he has been with a cut and has agreed to go back provided it’s the same stylist. He has a couple things that he’d like to change the next time but he feels confident that the stylist will allow him to express what he would like.
