The online booking through the app was easy, however there’s a glitch in that, despite a 2 hour waiting period, I received a text within 10 minutes stating my appointment was right now. Luckily, I called and the receptionist confirmed I was still booked into the waiting list and there was a 2 hour wait. Please fix this!
Once I got to the location, the people there were great! Both the receptionist and barber were kind, helpful, and professional. The receptionist apologized for the technical issue with the booking, and the barber seemed to have a great rapport and made small talk very easy and comfortable while doing an excellent job with my hair.

Good haircut
My 6 yr old needed a quick haircut. (His name got skipped a couple times though. That’s my only complaint) but he said it was the best hair cut ever. His first experience with a shampoo and he loved it :)
The woman cutting my hair took a lot of care in cutting my hair and the washing/massage were extremely thorough!

Promptly welcomed/greeted by the engaging hostess who quickly accommodated my specific request for a hair cut with Derrick. I waited only 15 minutes for my appointment, as requested. Derrick was friendly and engaging and cut my hair properly and to my style request.
My little guy absolutely loves his hair cut! We will be back to see Khris from now on :)

Attention to detail, welcoming, hot towels and head massage. It’s a great experience.
I have been visiting Tommy Gunn’s for a while now. The experience has been good so far. But i must mention Andrew who cut my hair yesterday. His service has been the best so far. I liked his service and the job he did. I have been getting compliments from everyone since the cut. Great job and I’m definitely a happy camper.
I stopped in on a Sunday and they did their best to fit me in even though subdats are very busy

Nannet has been my go to girl since 2016. Almost 10 years. She’s the only one I’ll see; when she’s not around or on vacation my hair suffers because no one can cut it like Nannet. If I ever win the lottery or oilers 50/50 she’s going to work for me and do my hair daily.
