It was my first time at this location and previously I hadnt had the best experience at other locations.
When I arrived I was quickly assigned a barber and she made sure the entire time I was comfortable and that I was enjoying the cut she was doing and that I was receiving what I came in for.
I will definitely be returning to manning town center because of Jenelyn and would recommend anyone to go see her for a quick and clean cut

The young lady was very good at her job fast and efficient. I asked her if she had time to do a little extra trimming on my beard and she said no problem. Very pleasant experience.

The staff was excellent .
The casher charged me for a normal haircut and did not give me the reduced price for senior pricing. Therefore she overcharged me $4.00. After I told her that she over charged me she did not wish to refund me the different. Not a good experience.

My experience at Tommy Guns was excellent. The barber was extremely thorough and clearly took pride in her work, which showed in every detail of the service. Beyond her technical skill, she brought a genuinely positive energy to the appointment. Her enthusiasm and love for what she does were evident, and it made the entire experience enjoyable. She was a welcome ray of positivity in my day and left a very strong impression of both herself and the brand.

I am always happy with my experience at Tommy Guns at Sunridge mall. Joy always cuts my hair the way I like it and and I can tell she does it with passion. I have had my hair cut by others there and always am happy with the professionalism and the way I am treated. But joy is my barber. I'd recommend any of them. Staff are great.
