It was my first time at this location and previously I hadnt had the best experience at other locations.
When I arrived I was quickly assigned a barber and she made sure the entire time I was comfortable and that I was enjoying the cut she was doing and that I was receiving what I came in for.
I will definitely be returning to manning town center because of Jenelyn and would recommend anyone to go see her for a quick and clean cut

The young lady was very good at her job fast and efficient. I asked her if she had time to do a little extra trimming on my beard and she said no problem. Very pleasant experience.

The staff was excellent .
The casher charged me for a normal haircut and did not give me the reduced price for senior pricing. Therefore she overcharged me $4.00. After I told her that she over charged me she did not wish to refund me the different. Not a good experience.

Beyond her technical skill, she brought a genuinely positive energy to the appointment. Her enthusiasm and love for what she does were evident, and it made the entire experience enjoyable. She was a welcome ray of positivity in my day and left a very strong impression of both herself and the brand.

I am always happy with my experience at Tommy Guns at Sunridge mall. Joy always cuts my hair the way I like it and and I can tell she does it with passion. I have had my hair cut by others there and always am happy with the professionalism and the way I am treated. But joy is my barber. I'd recommend any of them. Staff are great.
