The person who cut my hair was amazing. Her shampoo and rinse were heavenly but way too short. She was exceptionally attentive, and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
Great service on time
I had terrible flatulence but the hair dresser didn’t comment on it and made me feel human . I grimaced trying to hold it in and she thought I was making faces at her until I repeatedly passed foul wind. She understood the situation we were both placed in and I got my haircut
Des is always consistent with her cuts, personable and efficient. She has incredible attention to detail. All the staff are friendly from check-in to payment. This location is very clean and typically have very punctual timings and especially considering the volume of customers. I’d only come here for my cuts

Had a fantastic beard groom and straight razor. My stylist ( Ellie) at the new Regent
location was amazing! She was very attentive to how I wanted my beard to look. She offered suggestions, took her time, made sure the cut came out exactly how I wanted. Then out came the hot towels. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. It was just what I needed after a hard day's work. After the straight razor, a little bit of beard oil, some aftershave, I was on my way.Overall great experience!!!
