Frances at the Salisbury location off Klumac Rd has always been very hospitable and terrific to carry on a conversation with. Always has a tremendous attitude, she makes me and others laugh. Her energy is always positive and she does very good at knowing plus delivering on styles and cuts.

The only thing I have to say about the product is the layout and style of the pace was very appealing also it was all opto date preety new and kept clean. However my best experience or pleasure came from the staff. they were very confient and very polite to a professional T but also very down to earth and experienced. Layla was my stylist and she done an excellent job. I give her 10 Stars. This store is lucky to have her and she is very good at pushing the product out the door as well as making sure your pleased and dedicated to returning. I didnt leave without a few things in my bag, and a good looking cut. lol

My stylist was Tenaya and she was amazing. The first thing I noticed upon checking in was here great personally. Then when it was time for my haircut before she started she asked me questions and found out how I wanted it cut and I was very pleased with the results.

The service was great! Tenaya makes you feel right at home by engaging in pleasant conversation while cutting my hair. She is very good at suggestive selling the different services and products sport clips offers.
