Quick, professional, clean, neat, filled me in on each step of the process. Connected me up with sub contractors as needed. Billed insurance company directly. Came within 3 hours of the first call to Met Life. Sucked up the standing water, immediatedly started the drying out process. Put furniture up on risers. Saved those items sitting on the floor of what could be saved and moved to a dry area, even took an area runner with them and returned it cleaned and dried. Colin (our SM tech) was here so often that I was going to set up a spare bedroom for him.

You hired Big Red to take out the hardwood. They did not leave the floor in any condition to lay new flooring. It needs to be scraped and cleaned. I will have to tell my insurance company not to pay until it is done properly. Big Red did a poor job of clean up upon leaving. The refrigerator bottom vent was, and still is, full of glue. Your employee, Colin, was very thorough, personable and efficient. The rest of your staff was also very good. My only dissatisfaction is with Big Red.
Friendly staff. Always on time. Left the area they were working on cleaner then when they arrived. Were very conscience of the fact that we had kittens that could not be let outside, so they were sure to close the door behind them each time. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster!!
