Professional, timely, friendly and very knowledgeable. You got the cleanup job done efficiently and as quickly as possible.
Total professionalism! This is the second time I have used ServiceMaster, and each time I could not have asked for better service. Crew was quick to respond, wasted no time in beginning the remediation process, and was very thorough in every aspect of scope of the project. George Salhuana was great at overseeing the work, and Sammy and Andre were outstanding in their performance! Both Sammy and Andre were friendly, courteous, punctual, and unbelieveably thorough in their work. I could not recommend these people more highly. They are genuine assets to ServiceMaster.

You guys are timely, knowledgeable, and very professional. Carl, my technician, took the time to sit down and explain everything to me before, during and after he'd completed the work. He was very sensitive to my personal space and never once made me feel like my home was being "invaded" by the company. He took great care when moving items and kept me abreast of what he was doing throughout the process.
