Excellent service, quality personnel, efficient communication
Service Master replaced my floors after a flood. I was dreading all the upheaval facing me when this happened as I am kind of old and on my own. So I was pretty amazed and relieved that I didn't have much to do at all except get out of the way. I have only good things to report about the service I received. To Terry, the disaster guy who figured out the source of the problem and got the ball rolling, Tony Spidalieri, the project manager who was knowledgeable and experienced and explained things well, Grace Moczerad in the office who provided the schedule and was always available, Rob and his crew who did a great job installing my floor, the man who put back my dishwasher, and the gentlemen I met whose names I did not get who put my place back together afterwards and the two men who came to do a few touch-ups that were required after I got home. There are probably others who were involved and I thank them as well. I found everyone to be courteous, reliable, conscientious and efficient. This is a very good company

Service was prompt-crews were efficient and courteous.From the outset they were very sensitive to the stress you're under when you have an issue like an extensive flood to deal with. They were very good at taking care of personal belongings etc. They worked extremely well with my insurance company which significantly reduced my time involvement and stress in the process. They were quick to get the situation under control which I am sure limited damage to the extent the could.

The service master team were amazing. They stayed extra just to make sure all the work is taken care off because we wanted to move in on that Friday. The following Monday was a holiday so they made sure that we could move in before that.

Everybody who was involved in my flood was amazing. From the crew that cleaned everything out right through to the crew that did the final clean, everyone was just great. They made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and they did everything with such care. It made a bad situation a lot easier to deal with.
