Excellent Experience. Outstanding!
Online check in (9:30) told me to arrive at 10:12 (45 minutes after I checked in since it said the wait time was 45 mins). I arrived at 10:10. Wait time still said 45 minutes. Didn’t get serviced until 11:30
What’s the point of the online check in, if the wait time isn’t accurate? All of the people who went in person between my online check in and me arriving got serviced before me.
On top of this, my cut was rushed, and I wasn’t satisfied with the results.
I will never be returning again.

Although I had a scheduled appointment, I had to sit for 25 minutes p past the time I was scheduled for there was only one person doing hair and three other people sitting around on their phones. When I walked in only one person engaged me. Just ask if I was registered and then she proceeded to go on her phone although the person who cut my hair did a good job. I was not giving a towel. I was asked if I wanted my hair washed and if I wanted product in it.

There are a few good stylists at your Summer pointe location but the managers seem to be so grumpy and cranky I really don’t appear as though they’re enjoying their job or even wanna be at the salon. I received a birthday coupon via email and when I went there the other day they wouldn’t accept the coupon because I didn’t getThe MVP service which I never do. It didn’t surprise me nor am I disappointed because my expectations of the manager of the salon are still very low.
