Molly and her team were exceptional! I hired them to clean my vacation home which I rent out on occasion. Before each clean, they check in with me to see what needs to be done aside from the usual, and afterwards to see if my expectations were met. Not only did they do an exceptional job cleaning, they let me know the status of how the renters left the house - this provided huge "peace of mind". Jordan in the office is a delight to work with. Extraordinarily respectful, actually know how to truly deep clean, including hard water deposits and the nooks and crannies, in other words you clean and not just straighten and wipe down surfaces, VERY detailed orientated in all aspects down to the vacuuming. I would recommend you all day long

The thing I am most impressed with is the colored cleaning towels.
Always does an exceptional job of cleaning. Very efficient, does special effects with the towels and always friendly. It is so nice to have Merry Maids at my home.
