The efficent way the entire process was handled. The fact that ServiceMaster was there in a matter of less than an hour in order to evaluate the our damage and get started immediately. We honestly thought it would be months before the restoration was complete and we'd have to jump through so many hoops; With ServiceMaster it was SO easy! We were kept in the loop about every detail and what the status was w/ our insurance & their office. We were very impressed and plan on using them whenever we need!
