What sets Christian Brothers Automotive apart is their exceptional customer service and genuine interest in each individual. I chose to bring my business there based on some extremely positive web reviews. I'll be honest, they were so positive it was almost hard to believe people could be so happy about taking their car to a mechanic. However, it didn't take long to realize the reviews were true. I was assisted by Hunter who not only took the time to explain exactly what repairs were needed (in both mechanical and laymen's terms) but also gave honest feedback and provided me with options regarding my vehicles repairs. His genuine character, professionalism, and superb communication earned my trust immediately. Needing significant repairs on your car can be very stressful but Hunter quickly put my concerns to rest as it became obvious he was truly there to help, not to push a sale. Between text updates, emails, and phone calls, I always knew the current progress of my vehicle. Christian Brother Automotive and associates like Hunter have transformed the burden and stress that is taking your car to the mechanic by creating a convenient and stressless environment in which you drive away knowing you made the right choice. After my experience with Christian Brothers I cannot imagine taking my business anywhere else.

It was easy to make an appointment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me. Hunter was the employee that helped us. We were very pleased and never once felt like I was being lied to or tricked, like I have felt at other places.

Personnel were extremely friendly and professional, repaired my car in a very prompt manner and for a very reasonable price.
I was of the impression that the car needed a new windshield wiper motor, yet the technician was able to clean and adjust the contact terminals and replace a bolt - all for only $58.
This probably saved me easily $350 - $400.
