Frontline staff and mechanics are professional, courteous, honest and knowledgeable. If you have a unexpected automotive problem they will help you address the problem quickly. In order to make a informed decision you need all the facts and they are transparent in discussing work needed, options, cost and time line. They also keep track of when routine maintenance is due on your vehicle to keep it in optimal condition.

The service was spectacular. I had never been to Christian Brothers Automotive and I was truly impressed by how comfortable I felt when I was attendied. I went in to get a tag sticker for my car and they treated me with so much respect and the service was done immediately.

Took my car in for battery problems. Mike took care of me right away and got my car in. He called me a short time later to say he had saved me some money on a new battery and they would install it. And shortly after that he called to say it was ready. Always great service when I take my car in to be serviced. Love these guys.

Christian Brothers is the only automotive repair I will ever use. They tell me the truth about the work that’s needed. They give me options on what needs immediate attention and what can wait. Then they do exceptional work. Finally, any questions or concerns I may have are addressed fully and truthfully. They’ve serviced all three of our vehicles for over 5yrs and I wouldn’t consider using any other auto repair service!
