We have experienced excellent work over several years. No surprises. CBA reviews each work request, and will ask clarifying questions. If they are not sure, they will not proceed. As result, when we purchased a new vehicle, we confidently declined the manufacturers/dealer offer on maintenance.
At CBA, we can make an appointment, count on it, wait in a comfortable waiting room (or during COVID bring a stool and sit under a tree) to wait work completion. Our go to place for auto preventive and repair maintenance.
