Efficient, Professional and quick

It was my first visit to Christian Brothers and they literally had me at hello. I am a Senior and love the Lord. They definitely live up to their company's name. They were patient, kind to me and listened to my concerns. I went in for an oil change only to find I need front breaks replaced. I'm saving to get them done. They truly care about people's safety. I have found the only people I will use for all my automotive needs. Customer Service can make or break it for me and Christian Brothers are the absolute Best out there. The manager or service writer listened to my requests and I felt like my experience was much better this time. One comment was I didn't want to fill out the Facebook form because it goes to a third party and I wanted to get the same price in-store. No one likes those Facebook forms, but we do like your specials and shop experience

They take up repair or inspection at appointed time, very accurate in answering technical questions and sometimes do complimentary emergency service like putting a spare tire.

I called about my vehicle, it was leaking oil. Was told to bring it in, it was checked out, repaired and I picked it up within 2 hours. Very happy with it. Always quick service. I will definitely return.

You get to talk to a rep almost immediately. You get a clear understanding of the process and how long you may wait.

I called them when I was about 20 minutes away and asked if they were able to get me in for a quick oil change and they did they got My car in as soon as I got there and they had me in-and-out of there in 30 minutes.
