Speedy honest service :)

Friendly staff who were informative but not pushy about which problems were observed, as I decided which repairs were ones I could afford. Courtesy shuttle was a really handy service. Also appreciated the quick service & turnaround time.

The wait was very short considering that I had two services done and the facilities are always clean and the temperature cool. I never feel pressured to approve repairs unless I want to get them done. They are very patient in answering any questions I may have. Most of all, I apprecaite going to get my car repaired or maintained somewhere I can trust that I will be treated fairly.

Honesty and availability

Up front about cost and work. Willing to talk me through everything that was being done so I knew what was being done to my vehicle. I would note that while I was waiting for the courtesy shuttle, I heard an employee come into the front office from the garage and, in conversation, say "sh*t" twice. This seemed out of place considering the bible that was sitting on the side table next to me at the time. I'm glad I didn't have my kids with me at the time. I realize that it is a garage, but if you are attempting to promote Christian values, people should make an attempt to watch their language at all times.

Christian Brothers has worked on my parents car in the past and I know that they were highly satisfied. I brought my car in and after the initial diagnostic, they had it fixed the same day. I didn't feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me by trying to up-sell me with unnecessary repairs. I would definitely return to Christian Brothers for any other automotive issues I might have...knock on wood they aren't serious issues haha!

Service and value as well as trust.

Have had a very difficult fix on my vehicle. Although I have had to take it in multiple times over the past two years, this was a design issue with the part and not workmanship. They even researched why this problem was reoccurring and sought ways to fix the problem, inclduing after market parts, and designing and creating their own part to fix the problem. I had worked closely with the management over the past several years to fix the issue. on my latest visit I was pleaseantly suprised that even though the previous managment had promoted within the company, the new managment already knew my name, already knew the problem, and had been expecting my return and had preordered the new part. All of this work has been warranteed by Christian Brothers and they have honored the warranty without any question.
