It was easy to make an appointment to investigate the case of my "check engine" light. The parts were ordered, and my vehicle was ready the next day. I was also given a ride home after dropping my car off, now that is service.

I felt as if they cared about my business. I was treated fairly on prices . There were two issues that I am more than capable of taking care of myself. But, for someone who didn't know how, the prices seemed in line with the per hour normal fee of any reputable shop. I got no push back when I said I knew how to fix the issues myself. Being a woman, that is important to me to be treated with respect. I certainly was here.

I had a great experience at Christian Brothers Automotive. My son-in-law had been having problems with his pickup. He took it to another Auto Repair Shop and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. He left it with me for a couple of weeks and I took it in. They immediately diagnosed the problem and I had it back that afternoon. They also called me a couple of times to discuss what was wrong and what I wanted to do about it. Great customer service!

That I was greeted in a mannerly fashion ,waiting area was clean, they honored the FB promo without trying to add on a bunch of charges. They were kind, explanatory and respectful to all the clients. Offering shuttle service to a gentleman in the waiting area blew my mind. I had stopped at three other places and the basic oil change for my car was 99.00 and if I needed a 6th quart was looking for a additional fee.
