It was a really great experience. Everyone was very kind and caring. The process they have in place where you get your estimate by text and email and you go through what they found makes it a lot easier to understand and be able to think things through, rather than having to make a decision with someone on the phone waiting. Their courtesy shuttle service was also a life saver and the technicians went above and beyond on what they "had" to do.

The promises of their mission statement were met...totally. All my questions were answered, and the owner and staff were awesome. As a senior my trust in those I do business with is paramount. Scott and his people exceed my expectations every time.

From the time that I brought my car to be diagnosed to the time that the car was ready, after it was repaired, I was treated professionally, informed of the status, and satisfied with the prompt service and repair. When my 12 year old car experienced engine trouble, I was afraid that I would incur a costly repair. Since I had to bring the car immediately to CBA without an appointment and since they had prior customers ahead of me, CBA was only able to begin the diagnosis the next day. However, by Friday noon, the diagnosis was completed (faulty cylinder and spark plugs) , and repair completed by the end of the day. Most of all, CBA listened to my request that I needed the car by Monday to assist in my grandchildren's care. I am very grateful. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I am a happy customer.
