They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They repaired my vehicle quickly and effectively. They were very professional. My appointment was at 7 AM and I got there at five minutes until seven. They gave me a courtesy ride home and I was through my front door by 7:13 AM. It was completed exactly when they said they would complete it in their work was expertly done.

I brought my 2014 Ram 2500 in for service. The staff was courteous and professional. I found the pricing comparable to other repair shops in the area. I will return.

Derek was able to get my car in right away for repairs. I promptly received an inspection report. The repairs were made quickly and I was able to pick it up the same day. He was courteous and very helpful!

After an alignment, I called because the truck was still pulling right. They said come back and they’ll investigate. They recommended a cross swap on the front tires, after doing that, they realized my back axle was out of alignment, which was permanent. I was expecting another bill (which I was happy to pay) but they refused payment stating “we just want to help. We don’t charge for every little thing.”

I will be using Christian Brothers Automotive in the future, and I have already recommended them to multiple people and I will continue to do so.
