Caleb is an excellent representative of the BEST of customer service, and of Christian Brothers Automotive as a whole. Too, the way Christian Brothers Automotive lets the customer be part of the repair work flow process (e.g., via inspection reports, text message updates with photos, et cetera) has to be, hands down, the best in the industry; both from customer care and transparency standpoints. The Ford dealership will no longer be getting any of my business if the service in question can be performed by Christian Brothers Automotive.
