There was some automotive work that I thought needed to be done, but your mechanics advised me otherwise and it turned out they were right. So, because of your company's interest in being honest instead of 'stealing' my business, you've earned a loyal customer that can't even fathom going somewhere else - I KNOW I've been bilked in the past by other companies here in San Antonio and in Illinois, and I don't make waves...I just NEVER go back!

Every interaction I've had with Christian Brothers has been absolutely stellar. They've been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. On three separate occasions I've brought my car in with what I was certain would be fairly expensive repairs (EGR valve, transmission, alternator) and even suggested these as possibilities. And each time, they got to the root of the problem, which were always far less expensive. They saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars with their integrity. Now I bring my car there even just for oil changes. They've made me a customer for life!
The high level of customer service I always receive by Steve and everyone else on each visit. I witnessed Steve interacting with another customer who was having a difficult day and was not at all a pleasant person at that instance. Steve was extremely attentive, polite, and most of all patient. I work in retail and Steve provided the highest level of customer service to that customer that I have ever witnessed.

I've been to christian brothers for multiple vehicles. This place has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced they were extremely friendly and dropped me off while my vehicle was being worked on and then picked me up afterwards. The best part is when I got my Mazda back from them after their service it felt like my vehicle (with around 100,000 miles on it was like new again.
