This is my second time taking one of my vehicles in for service. Christian Brothers made it easy to specify the service I required via the forms on their web site.
I was able to drop my Ford Explorer off after hours and the next business day I received a text message with a link to their service agreement which explained service item and the cost in parts and labor associated to each.

I was afforded the ability to accept or decline any individual server Item as I saw fit.
I then approved service and submitted the form. I receive confirmation almost immediately.

I appreciate that Christian Brothers take their time to do the job right. Like the old saying 'there's never enough time to do it right - but there's always enough time to do it over.'

I needed brakes and rotor resurfaced, spark plugs, all filters, oil change, rotation of tires and CV boots.
