Check engine light was on, turned out there were several issues with my truck, had the work prioritized and had some of the work done. Christian Brothers did a great job, truck ran great. Then a few days after picking up my truck the check engine light came back on. I took the truck back in they got right on it re-ran the diagnostics again at no charge, figured out the issue and why it that particular code did not show up initially. Presented an economical solution and fixed the problem. I certainly appreciated the quick response and economic solution.

Greatest customer service on the planet. I have 4 cars.. all will be going to CBA.

Excellent and professional service!

They are always family friendly. They don’t make you feel like a dumb girl or try to get you to buy random parts you don’t need. They do what you tell them needs to get done and do it excellently. If there’s red flags on the vehicle they let you know and try to find the reasonable price for whatever’s needed.

The whole crew did an amazing job. My car was not an easy fix, but they went above and beyond to get my car done.

Got us right in and kept us updated, continually. Provided full diagnosis via email. Appreciate the straightforward honesty and breadth of knowledge of everyone that works there, especially those on the front end. When we have had this vehicle repaired at the dealership, the service representatives are totally clueless and dependent on the technicians to explain everything.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. I needed a ne fan motor my truck to get my AC working and they replaced ot in the same day. Being from out of town, that was very important for me.

I was not looking forward to dealing with the needed repair to my car's A/C, but I was pleasantly surprised with my service appointment. The in-office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the shuttle driver was very professional and nice. The repair was completed as promised at a fair price. I will certainly come back if I need any further repairs.

CBA quickly identified the problem with my car. They kept me informed of the progress and did excellent work.

They diagnose the issues they find and recommend with costs before doing any work. Repairs are warranted. Waiting area is beautiful and the customer bathrooms are very clean. Staff is very friendly and if you’re lucky you can even pet the shop pup. I’ve been coming here for years and never had any problems with repairs they have done.
