Honesty. Took vehicle in for brake problem, oil change and alignment. Turned out it was a hydro boost failure on the brakes. After giving me price of close to $800, I told them.to repair the vehicle.
I get a phone call 1 hour later telling me that Ford had extended the warranty on this 2011 Edge for a brake booster problem and all I needed to do was take it to Ford to have repaired for FREE.
Folks, that saved me $800 and earned them a loyal customer. Thanks to Chris and Christian Brothers Automotive.

First, being driven home while my car was in the shop; then being picked up when the repairs were completed. Second receiving a detailed phone report advising what needed to be fixed and the cost of repairing my car. Third, the friendliness of the representatives I interacted with at the shop. Finally, being shown a part, or parts, that were damaged and replaced.

I like Christian Brothers Automotive because I have always done the work on my own cars and know pretty much what is involved in the repair and maintaining the auto. These guys here know what they are doing and do a good and complete job in everything they do. Prices and pretty much standard and they do what you ask them to do and are not pushy. They will work with you and do what is needed and then recommend what also needs to be done to keep your car running at its peak. I like them and recommend them very highly.
