I have had 4 of my vehicles serviced with you and I was very impressed with the service you gave. This time I sent my wife with her Cadillac CTS for service knowing you would do a complete service check and notice the car needed new wipers blades and she would finally get new blades. Well you let me down. You did do the inspection with recommendation s but missed the wipers. Other than that everything was great

I appreciate the manager responding back from my initial comments on first survey… I know elsewhere a lot of these fall on deaf ears… so I appreciate the concern… the issue has since been resolved

I especially like the program system how everything is set up and print for you to see as they explain everything from what's going on with your car to what it will take to fix it. This helped me understand the whole process of what my car needs to be fix the problem.
