I was highly impressed with my recent experience at this shop. The gentleman who worked on my vehicle’s oil change was quite simply awesome! He delivered on every point covered pertaining to the service I was expecting to receive and he made me feel secure in getting a quality job done! All of the employees were very professional, super efficient, extremely knowledgeable and very personable! I will definitely be a regular customer at this shop based on my exceptional experience! Bravo to the employees for making me feel like I was in good hands and that I mattered as a customer! Thank you!

The people were very pleasant. They showed me what was wrong with my car and explained it to me. There was no pressure to get it done right away. The waiting room was clean and pleasant. I was able to set up an appointment to get the work done and the wait time was what they told me it would be. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Honesty, being very professional, easy to talk to, above and beyond. Great people, will recommend to family and friends.

I love that when the manager, Nick found out that I didn't have any more money for a rental car he had the charges for the rental car to be billed to him. I really appreciated that because I didn't know how I was going to get to work.

I like the customer service and they are always patient with me as I am am old lady. I had dinner Tuesday evening with Jersey Village Womens Group. Some people were asking me how I liked it. They are concerned because the business was sold and afraid quality might go down. I did not know about it being sold and it felt like the other times I had been there.

The day went to Christian Brothers have oil change. The front counter guys were kind. Came and explained what I was needing . Took care of my vehicle right and prices good. Ask for print out on something need get done. They did. Great Customer service. This was my 1st time there.
