The service was wonderful. However your system was down and I did get a receipt. Your employee said he was e-mailing my receipt but I did not get it.

The friendliness of the employees. How they explain the solution. When customers are being disrespectful or stubborn they keep their calm and respond in a direct and respectful way. I love the honesty that is hard to find in a mechanic shop especially being a female. They make me feel welcomed every time I go.
