The service was quick and complete

I came in to replace 1 broken wiper blade that broke on my nissan company vehicle. I had just left a shop that delivered poor service so my fuse was short. The bald manager wearing a blue shirt (didn’t get a name) stepped in during the sales process, offered to replace the wiper quickly, so I asked him to replace both with their best blades. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. My company in town has close to 40 fleet vehicles, and in my office, I just moved the CB shop on west road and Sam houston parkway to the top of my recommended list. Great job guys, You will see me for my next PM requirement. I also listed you as a preferred shop with my fleet company. I will have them only ask for the bald guy. The bearded heavy guy and the black and/or latino guy sitting at the computers barely greeted me once I walked in, never faced me during questioning. Their computer screens seemed to be more interesting than a new customer walking in. I was off that day and had just finished working out so maybe I didn’t look important to the computer guys. Thank goodness the other guy was their. I prefer not to publish my name and company name, however overall, the bald guys service result 10 - stars!!!! The first impression score for the 2 guys at the 2 computers when I walked in - 5 stars and that’s because 3 stars are due to the room being aomewhat clean.
