As a single mom, trust is tremendous. I don’t know a lot about fixing my vehicle when something goes wrong, but I appreciate the integrity of Christian Brothers. The customer service they offer is impressive, and I haven’t experienced anything even close to it. From the moment you walk through the door, or they pick up your call, they are happy to see you. They offer a free inspection of your vehicle with every oil change, which is super helpful with staying on top of your vehicle's maintenance needs (if needed) and helping you to prepare for those expenses financially. They are honest about their findings and will help explain things to you when you aren’t sure or don’t understand. If they can’t help you, they are not afraid to send you somewhere that can. I feel like I’m a part of their family, and will go to Christian Brothers for all my car needs.

I like doing business here usually, but this time I was charged for the initial analysis in addition to my repairs and my $100 deductible with Carshield because something was discovered that was different than my initial issue which was not covered by my policy. I was not happy about that.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The work was done carefully and thoroughly. I especially appreciated the discount I received because of being a Lakeridge Lady. My husband always took care of oil changes and other car-related matters for me, so I was greatly appreciative of the kind way I was treated at Christian Brothers. I’ll back when it’s time for another oil change!!

From the moment I entered I was greeted kindly. I was kept informed throughout the day of the process of my vehicle. When I picked it up everything was exactly as relayed to me. Being a woman, I wasn’t treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Discovered problem quickly. They were busy but got everything taken care of efficiently.

They make you feel like family and you know you can trust them to be honest with you about what your car needs and that they won't over charge you.

They listen to concerns and also let customer know if they find issues and what corrective measures are needed and the probable cost.
