I went in and was promptly waited on! The staff I dealt with were courteous and professional! They showed me a printout of the things needing repair and the prices! They also gave me an estimate of the time it would take to get the repairs done! Courtesy vehicle and staff available to take me home and to pick me up when repairs were completed! It's AAA approved!

Good communication, quick repairs to the car, previous estimate given almost a year ago was honored. I just really like these guys!

The guys were straight forward and having a standard price on getting things done.

I was in Lubbock from Hobbs for a doctor’s appointment for my medically fragile, tracheostomy and oxygen dependent infant son when my car inexplicably sputtered out and died in an intersection. I am grateful to have been referred (and towed) to an auto shop that was willing to squeeze me in on an emergency basis, despite being busy and seemingly understaffed.

The lobby and restroom were exceptionally clean, the staff was very professional and courteous, and they were kind and friendly and welcoming in person and on the phone with everyone I saw them interact with, despite being busy.

They were quick to diagnose and repair the minor issue that had been caused by an incorrectly installed fuel filter, and got me and my son back on the road safely.

Now: to talk to the place that did my last oil change. 😕
