Very nice and professional!
Hey fellas, Kenny Last name removed here. My 1970 Ford F-250 is still with y’all as of 3/13/24. Trucks’ been there for just about a month; a week ago Tuesday I was informed I would receive a phone call that afternoon, fully updating me on the low gear stall issue. Never received said update. I did inform y’all that if the truck’s problem wasn’t identified and/or repaired by Thursday (3/14/24) I would re- take possession of the truck. So it’s currently Wednesday afternoon about 5:30pm. I’m gonna stop by tomorrow morning (Thursday) and check on the progress of my truck. If it hasn’t been repaired, I’ll be picking up the truck sometime on Friday (3/15/24; Ide’s of March) and allow another set of eyes to take a stab at it. No hard feelings, I do wish however that y’all would have been more communicative about the truck’s status.

Oh My... What a wonderful place to do business!! They were busy, but never made anyone feel as if they were. I received special attention as did everyone. I was only there for a safety inspection, yet everyone treated me as if I was the most important person there.

The technicians and office staff were quick to address our concerns and thorough to call with results of their diagnostics. Christian Brothers proved to be trustworthy, and offered assistance with even the smallest details. The vehicle was ready when promised, and we only had to do without it for one day. Pricing was equitable, unlike other places who try to sell the customer more than is necessary.

Very professional, well prepared establishment, the technicians seem extremely well educated and experienced.
However the service writers did not take the time to understand our automotive repair experience and we found a few details about the pricing to be slightly aggressive.
Parts costs and multiple diagnostic charges can cause reason for concern.
Robert was the sweetest, and made my experience so much better finding out warranty wouldn’t cover it! Highly recommend! Everyone was so welcoming!
