They are very professional and polite, but give you bad news very honestly and don’t try to sugar coat it. When a part hasn’t come in, it’s just a fact, not an excuse. When there’s a second
problem found (doubling time and your expense) they let you know ASAP and thoroughly explain what was found and what’s going on. It softens the blow! Del was our most recent technician and he is GREAT!
