The people are reassuring; listen closely, and explain various repairs in simple enough terms to help customer make a decision. I will be moving all my maintenance there (2 vehicles, one is 30 years old still running). Prior shop ran off the service writer and a couple of older mechanics the replacements missed lug nut day and nearly ended me; I hope CB manages to snag them, if they stayed in town.

They are on top of everything, with daily report via text message system letting us know every step of the way. We are able to approve everything before they start with a detail report and the staff were all really polite and kind when I spoke with them.

Men at the front desk were very sweet and helpful. I told them what was going on and the possibility of what it may have been and they instantly got onto it. They had no issues with wanting to work with my warranty company like an autoshop i had taken my truck to previous to Christian Brothers Automotive. After my truck was taken care of I was asked if I wanted water, tea, or coffee. Very friendly! Very sweet people, polite as well. They even had little cookies out for those who waited in the lobby. Going to take my truck to them from now on.

They are the most professional and knowledgeable

They got my vehicle in promptly and completed the repair in one day. They had a shuttle service that was a tremendous help to me. Everyone was so friendly and professional throughout the process. They called me later that night to make sure everything was okay. Great service!

The staff was very friendly! The process was smooth to get my vehicle fixed. Very pleased!

We had a starter replaced on our Jeep Grande Cherokee in 2023. The starter failed again in 2024 and Christian Brothers diagnosed the problem and replaced the starter under warranty at no cost to us. We recommend CBA very highly.
