Employees were able to make air conditioning repairs despite a full and busy day. Appreciate the effort as temps for the next week were going to be in the 90s with the heat index even higher. Took the car in just after noon on Wednesday. Repairs finished by the end of the day. All employees very nice!

They got me in quickly and did great job. Only negative was I have new yellow seat covers on the vette and there was some grease spots on them. I was able to get them off except one that I had to work on for a while before it came off. Not that big of a deal.
My car was having a lot of problems and I had to bring it back multiple times but the people at Christian Brothers were really patient with me and really considerate. The whole process was made easier and less stressful by the kind and helpful workers.
Plenty of communication via text and phone calls. My vehicle starter replacement was completed same afternoon so that I could complete a house furniture move the next day that I had committed to.
The service I requested was completed and there was no attempt to sell me something I did not need!

Everyone was friendly & helpful. Quick service. I like the religious music that was playing. The waiting room was comfortable.
I was very flustered to walk out to my car and find my car battery dead as a door nail after being put on a charger the night before and fully charged and running.
While AAA was on the way over to jump me, I called Christian Brothers. Matt answered the phone and made sure he had the battery I needed and said he’d be waiting for my arrival.
When I arrived I called from the parking lot and Skylar kindly directed me to the proper place and they came out and immediately took care of me.
While they did so, I sat in the very warm and accommodating waiting area and had fresh coffee and even a book shelf to look thru and a nice clean rest room that felt more like home than an auto repair shop.... they even had a variety of hand lotions!!!
