When they first said my car was fixed and we picked it up check engine lights came on. When we returned it to have those fixed they did at no additional charge.
Chris was very personable and knowledgeable and listened to my problems. He kept me appraised of the various repairs that I had requested as well as keeping me informed about other repairs that the vehicle needed. My vehicle was repaired quickly and is functioning perfectly. The courtesy driver was a delight to be with as she gave me several rides to and from Christian Brothers, she even retrieved my list cell phone a brought it to me at my home. All in all it was a very good experience.

Lee was aaahhmazing!! Took my Explorer in to have transmission checked and it ended up requiring replacement. He not only had to deal with my extremely upset husband but he also worked with a "top of the line" extended warranty company that fought every step of the way of paying for it. He is a Service Adviser Rock Star!

Great service, Lee and others are doing a great job. However the follow up pings to fill out surveys like this and rate CB on Facebook etc are a little annoying as I've already done that once and unlikely to do it again - I'm not even on FB much these days :) Anyway appreciate all the help with the cars, First name removed see you again before long.
