The staff at Christian Brothers were all very nice and as honest and helpful as possible. I had answers within a couple of hours and they even helped me brainstorm best options for getting my vehicle back on the road even if it did not end up being them that would ultimately perform the repairs.
They were organized, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out, as well as able to work from the lobby while waiting for me car.

I've never had to work with a car warranty provider before and Christian Brothers Owasso walked me through the process so that I knew what to expect and they took care of everything! they did an inspection and told me exactly what was wrong. they fixed the issue that i brought it there for in one day and i got my car back the next morning before work. everyone was super friendly and helpful because i don’t know much about cars.

I liked getting instant feedback about the problems being analyzed and seeing the pictures of designated problematic areas via the links through texts. Their diagnostics seemed to be right on! They called and kept me updated with the progress and didn’t continue without an ok from me. They were cordial and didn’t rush or pressure me as sometimes you feel in a busy automotive center. I felt they were honest and straightforward. I also was grateful for the shuttle picking me up. That’s always a big issue with me especially when I’ve had to wait 2 hours for an oil change or a tire rotation at other places. The prices seemed reasonable and comparable to other businesses, the difference was quality and prompt service. I will definitely use Christian Brothers again!
