First impressions are very important and my first impression of Christian Brothers was extremely positive. I like the professionalism & excellent customer service. The customer shuttle was a big plus. I think I’m done with previous Honda dealerships.
I liked the curtesy drop off & pick up to my apartment and from my apartment. It made it very convenient to drop off the car and pick it up.
Also I liked the fact that I wasn’t pressured into doing any other service other than what I came for and the honesty with which I was served.
They were able to diagnose my AC problem and offer a solution on how to fix other pending problems as well.
