I believe they did a good job. But I was charged $74.95 for an Brake Mechanical inspection... once I agreed to pay for both front and back brakes, I believe the 74.95 should have been waived.

Christian Brothers kept me informed several times a day about progress on repairs to my vehicle. When the check engine light came back on shortly after a repair, they checked out the vehicle without an additional charge and when the problem turned out to be a faulty part they had installed, they made the additional repair to fix the problem without charge.
Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Honest communication about needs/suggestions with time frames. Fast, reliable service. Free shuttle rides if/when not wanting to wait but clean bathrooms & comfortable waiting are w/complimentary coffee & water if you are waiting.
I appreciate the responsiveness to getting my vehicle in quickly and working around potential delays with parts by proactively driving to dealership for them instead of 3-5 day wait.
CB is definitely NOT the cheapest option for service but is nice option to ensure that the work is done well and without attitude.

Great place to do business. Appointment system is good, staff is personal, professional, courteous and inspection work done timely and quickly. The leadership here is reflected through the employees and they really value their customers. Although I have only used them for inspections I would not hesitate to use them for other services.

Wesley, if I’m correct if that’s his name, was very friendly and accommodating to make an effort to communicate with me in the way he best knew how since I’m Deaf. A problem was not able to be resolved because it was a difficult task to unlock/connect my door handle to get it to open. Otherwise their service was top notch. I’d come back. 🙂
